Maersk to Increase Freight Rates

Maersk Line has announced a general freight rate increase effective from 1 October in the Mediterranean and North African to US and Canada trades.

The company will increase rates by $300 a container for both dry and reefer cargo.

The increase will be applicable from all origins in Mediterranean and North Africa to all destination points in the US and Canada.
